Clover is 11 months now, (CRAZY-I know) and, like with Storey, we started using signs with her from the beginning but then more heavily around 9 months. A couple of weeks ago she just started to sign everything. Now all I have to do is show her a sign a few times and tell her what it means and she's got it. Not only is it really cute, but it's so fascinating to communicate with a oneish year old. She does talk a bit as well, mama, dada, momo (my mom), nana (David's mom)bye bye, dog, that, ball, done, milk and more are the ones that come to mind. She definitely will be talking a lot earlier than Storey.

It's been awhile...
.
It turns out that I'm not the best blogger! Sorry :)
Here's the skinny on our life at the moment:
Storey is doing great! He's potty trained now, for the most part, and he's been doing really well that. He loves his baby sister...so much. He's a really good older brother, it's pretty cute. A few of us moms from our neighborhood have started a kid swap, each one of us has the kids (3 two year olds) one day a week for 3 hours. That leaves each one us with one day on and two days off. It's nice when it's your day off :) That's what the picture of the 3 kids is of, Lael, Cora and Storey.
Clover is now 8 months old. She took her first step the other day (yikes!!!) and is really just cruising along. Clover just has the best sense of humor. Everything is hilarious to her, it's fun to be around. She also puts up really well with her older brothers rough housing. So much so she's learned to fight back at an early age...:)
Easter
.
This was Storey's 3rd Easter and Clover's 1st. However this was the first Easter where Storey was old enough to have an egg hunt and enjoy candy :) We had a good time. Clover's favorite part seemed to be the grass.
The day before was Storey's birthday ao we decided to have cake on Easter when the whole family was going to be there. We had a cake and presets, of course!
The hair cut
.
David finally talked me into it...buzzing all of Storey's hair off. I cried, probably more than necessary :)
He went from looking like a little angel to trouble on two legs. It might be my imagination, but his attitude might have changed a bit with the lose of hair...or maybe it's because he's almost two. Who could say?
She's an eater
.
Clover started eating solids a month ago (??). The top two pictures are of her fist few times and the bottom of just a few minutes ago...it's CRAZY how fast they progress :) She took to a sippy cup right away and it only took her a few minutes to learn the straw one, and she loves it. The girl just can't seem to get enough water.
Sitting pretty
.
WOW! Time really does fly when your having fun :)
Let's see, Clover is almost 5 months old now. She's a joy to be around, when she's not sleeping she's smiling. She also just started to sit, it's pretty cute.
Storey is also a joy! He's stringing words together now, and singing parts of the Alphabet. You hear "A, B, C, P, T, U..." it's such a beautiful sound!
Picture time
.
When Storey was just a week old we had a photographer come in and take really nice pictures of him. Well, Clover's almost four months old and not only did we not get any professions taken, the amount of pictures we've taken of her is about a quarter of the amount we had of Stors at this age.
So, the other day we put her in a dress (Momo made me actually!) and used my mom's fancy new camera to shoot some black and whites. They are definitely not professional quality, but they look pretty cute to me! Besides, the thought of dressing these two up, loading them in the car, making them wait for our turn and then hold still for pictures makes my skin crawl. :)
